Q: My node needs restarting

A: Click restart in the main menu

Q: Need more RAM

A: RAM can be added by choosing Memory from the menu and then selecting the required amount 

Can I track my ticket status?

No, but after submitting a ticket, you will receive a reference number and the team will be in touch. 

Is there a support response time?

Our support team aims to respond to all tickets within 24 hours. Critical issues are prioritized for faster response.

Who can submit a ticket?

Users of CoStar can submit tickets without needing an internal account, making support accessible to all authorized users.
